Aroma/Color/Taste:  Shui Xian is the bigger leafed tea of the oolongs.  Shui Xians are smooth with a  long after taste, and slightly dry finish coming from the rock mineral. 

This tea was made from Master Zhou’s 75-80 year old trees.  The older the tree the meatier the tea.  This tea has a burst of complex flavors of cocao and chocolate, but not bitter, with a medium roast.  It is velvet smooth, and robust.   You’ll enjoy every infusion as the energy from the old tree becomes your own.

Location:  This is from the inner circle, upper center, of Wuyi Mountain in the Zhengyan area.
